The core materials of CIGS thin-film solar cells.

1,Elemental Sublimation: High purity Selenium, High Purity Indium 5N, high-purity gallium 5N, high copper 5N. Regulating the temperature of the substrate. We can provid -200mesh powder. Customers can choice Physical Size.

High purity 5N:Grade 99.999. The total content of Ag, Al, As, Au, Cd, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mg, Mn, Ni, Pb, Sn & Zn is bellow 10 ppm;
